PART 2 — EXCHANGE POLICY
When Are Exchanges Applicable?
We offer product exchanges in cases where the delivered item is found to be defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. Exchanges are processed after a thorough review of the issue reported by the customer.
Exchange Requirements — Important
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
1. The customer must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged or defective product.
2. Viral Trends must have its own delivery verification (photo or video) confirming the condition of the package at the time of delivery.
3. The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Both conditions — customer-provided evidence AND our delivery documentation — must be present for an exchange to be approved. This dual-verification approach ensures fairness for both parties and prevents fraudulent claims.

PART 3 — REFUND POLICY
When Is a Refund Applicable?
A monetary refund is considered only in exceptional circumstances — specifically, if a replacement product is also found to be defective or does not meet the required quality standards after an exchange has already been processed. In such rare cases, a refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our team.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Viral Trends is not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions after the refund has been initiated from our end.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances: the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior communication; the exchange request was not raised within the stipulated 48-hour window; photographic or video evidence was not provided at the time of the claim; or the product was correctly delivered as described on our website.
